重力铸造的浇注工艺及清洁工作
重力铸造是一种金属的浇注工艺, 这类铸造方式会有很多种类,而且使用的地方也有很多,比如汽车的零件、摩托车的零件、电机的一些零部件等,很多的地方对我们来说都有很好的铸造方法。
 
重力铸造在工作的时候,一定要做好车间的防火措施,因为红色的铸件以及飞溅的铁水,一旦碰到人体,会被烫伤;一旦碰到了易燃物,或者易爆物料,那后果是大家不敢想象的。而且在生产的过程中稍有不慎,可能会有被融化的金属液体烫伤。不小心碰到高温铸件也会被烫伤。铸造过程中的机械设备的操作需要规范,以免错误或异常操作事故的发生。另外在开车前需要全面检查,等确认正常以后,才能进行使用,碾砂机启动后,不准用手扒料、清理碾轮,并严禁用手到碾盘上取砂样。
 
重力铸造的造型用砂箱堆垛要防止倒塌砸伤人,堆垛总高度一般不要超过2m,采用地坑造型时,要了解地坑造型部位的水位,以防浇注时高温金属液体遇潮发生爆炸,还应安排好排气孔道,以使铸型底部的气体能顺利排出型外。

重力铸造的复杂的形状要是跟其他很多大规模生产方式,在进行使用时主要是采用压铸的方式生产很复杂的形状的产品的时候可以更好的控制公差,基本上不用在进行机械加工就能够使用,或加工量很少,比较适合大批量生产。
 
尺寸精度稳定性铸件的尺寸精度是非常高的,基本上是相当于6~7级,甚至可达4级;会比一般的砂型铸造可以提高到25 ~30%,零部件尺寸稳定、互换性好,尺寸稳定的同时保持着紧密的公差,尤其是耐热性、耐用性是比较好的。

The sand box stacking for gravity casting moulding should prevent collapse and injury. The total stacking height should not exceed 2m. When using pit moulding, we should know the water level of the moulding part of the pit, in order to prevent the explosion of high-temperature metal liquid in dampness during pouring, and we should arrange the exhaust passage so that the gas at the bottom of the mould can be discharged smoothly.
