压铸铝双金属散热器有哪些作用
迄今为止,压铸铝散热器是最具技术含量,最新型的散热器,以其单片重量轻、容水量低、单片散热量巨大和因其对流加辐射的散热方式,在低温供暖的工况下,热衰减相对较小,完全满足节能环保的要求,而日渐成为市场散热器主流。

The latest radiator, with its light weight, low water capacity, huge heat dissipation and convective radiation, has become the mainstream of market radiator because of its relatively small thermal attenuation under low temperature heating conditions, which fully meets the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection.

因供暖水质的偏碱性(PH值约在10-12之间),故需在压铸铝散热器内腔增设低碳钢内胆。由于压铸铝散热器的工艺使然,要求低碳钢内胆须满足800吨压铸压力的工艺,因此,该内胆至少要保证壁厚大于2.0mm,方能承受压铸压力。而该内胆的材质不同于普通钢制散热器,多采用Q235的钢材,其年腐蚀速度按照海水腐蚀的0.08mm/年来计算,也会有25年的使用寿命;钢内胆也可考虑使用熔融防腐工艺处理,该寿命可达50年,完全不低于铸铁散热器的使用寿命。
 
Because the heating water quality is alkaline (PH value is about 10-12), it is necessary to add low carbon steel inner liner in the inner cavity of die-casting aluminum radiator. Because of the technology of die-casting aluminium radiator, the inner liner of low carbon steel must meet 800 tons of die-casting pressure. The steel Q235 is mostly used. Its annual corrosion rate is calculated according to 0.08mm/year of seawater corrosion, and it will have a service life of 25 years. The steel inner liner can also be treated by melting anticorrosive technology. The service life of the inner liner can reach 50 years, which is no less than that of the cast iron radiator.

中心矩为600mm的压铸铝双金属散热器在进回水温度为95-70℃的工况下,该散热量高达为187W/柱,是铸铁散热器的1.4倍,是钢二柱散热器的两倍多;又因其散热方式为对流兼辐射型散热方式,在现行的低温供暖大环境下,该散热器热衰减很小,尤其在55-30℃的进回水工况下,只需增加为数不多的设备数量即可满足设计所需的热负荷;

压铸铝双金属散热器承压能力很高,甚至可以承受4.0MPa左右的爆破压力试验,在工程使用过程中,几乎不用考虑分区采暖的压力问题。又因其外表面丰润饱满,装饰性很强,因此无需暖气罩等额外措施将其遮蔽,这样既极大地利用了散热量,保证了热的舒适性,又因其占用空间小,艺术性强,完全不影响二次装修的效果。
